Whitewebbs Farm

Project Description:

This project involved the conversion of a Grade II listed barn within the Green Belt at Whitewebbs Farm in Hertfordshire into a luxury residential dwelling, alongside two additional high-end homes.

The primary challenge was addressing a bowed structural beam while preserving the original timber and ensuring the building’s structural integrity. The design incorporated modern luxury features including swimming pools, jacuzzis, gyms, and cinema rooms.

The barn was carefully restored with the original beam fully integrated into the new structure, marking a significant milestone in heritage building conversions and advanced Revit modelling.
