Project Description:

KDS & Associates led the architectural conversion of the Grade II listed Harrow Road Police Station into Westbourne Place, a residential development featuring 25 luxury apartments. The project successfully preserved the building’s distinctive Edwardian architecture while sensitively integrating two new residential blocks arranged around a landscaped communal courtyard.

This redevelopment exemplifies the careful balance between heritage conservation and contemporary living, delivering high-quality homes in a vibrant London location. The collaboration with Redrow and Ridge Interiors ensured a seamless transition from historic police station to sought-after residential community.
